Erica leads the vision and operational foundation of Serenity Care & Compassion, ensuring that every aspect of care reflects the organization’s commitment to safety, structure, and compassion. Inspired by her own family caregiving experience, she has developed systems that prepare caregivers to confidently support both routine and specialty care needs. Her leadership focuses on caregiver training, care quality, and service reliability, ensuring that families receive consistent, dependable support and peace of mind at every stage of care.
Nevaeh Duhart
Co-Founder & Director of Care Experience
Nevaeh is the architect behind the brand, growth, and client experience at Serenity Care & Compassion. She has played a central role in building the company’s structure, designing care systems, and shaping how families experience support from the very first interaction. With a background in psychology, she integrates emotional intelligence, family dynamics, and long-term care planning into every aspect of the service, ensuring care is not only effective, but deeply personalized and sustainable.

Working in close alignment with our Head Registered Nurse, Serenity Care and Compassion develops holistic, individualized care plans that address the whole person, not just the task list. We design meaningful in-home activities aligned with Eden Alternative principles—restoring purpose, connection, and engagement to daily life. Just as importantly, we specialize in navigating complex family dynamics, helping families feel supported, understood, and grounded during emotionally challenging transitions.
Together, Erica and Nevaeh recognized a fundamental truth: exceptional home care requires both medical expertise and psychological insight, both structure and compassion, both professional oversight and human understanding.
